How many qualified conversations should I expect?+
It depends on you industry and the amount of accounts we are targeting.
Remember our performance guarantee is a floor not a ceiling
Example: With a 15% interested rate and 85% of those calls scheduling and meeting our qualification standard, a company targeting 500 accounts would produce 64 qualified conversations—well above the guaranteed 50.
What counts as a qualified conversation?+
A qualified conversation is a booked meeting with a decision-maker who fits your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Lukewarm intros, generic marketing leads, or anyone outside your ICP don’t count. If a scheduled call turns out not to be ICP-aligned, that means we missed something during setup or hand-selection. We’ll correct it immediately and the call will not be tallied as qualified.
Every qualified conversation is recorded in your Airtable base so you can track progress in real time.
How soon will I see results?+
You'll see replies about 4 to 6 weeks after outreach begins. That means outreach should being during month 2. The first 2 weeks are fully focused on onboarding—building lead lists, writing copy, and getting everything set up properly.
Do I need to write anything?+
No, we handle all the writing for you, from outreach messages to follow‑ups and content. You'll always have a chance to review and give feedback, but how involved you want to be is totally up to you.
Who runs the campaigns?+
You'll work with a dedicated growth operator who manages everything: targeting, messaging, inboxes, and reporting. Every team member at Proxy runs at least one campaign, so we're always improving our process from the ground up.
Is any part of this automated?+
Only the behind‑the‑scenes work—research, data cleanup, message testing, content creation, meeting notes, and data analysis. All conversations with prospects are managed by a real person, not bots or automated sequences.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel with 30 days' notice on a monthly plan. Annual plans are a commitment for the full term and are not refundable once billed. In turn, we offer significant savings and a performance guarantee.
